By: Moe88 & Lina

1.Create a blank image with 200x200 pixels in size, Press D on your keyboard then Press X and fill the background with white.

2.Choose what is the color of your eyeball here.
3.Make this color as you foreground color.
4.Create a new layer . And rename it to ' Eyeball '.

5. Now draw out a circle with the Elliptical Marquee tool and hold the Shift key down while you drag the selection. (Make sure that you draw a circle that is larger than you want the eyeball to be)

6. Now fill the circle with the color you chose. ( Alt+Delete )
7. Go to Filter> Noise> Add Noise... , Amount: 40, Distribution: Uniform, and check the Monochromatic box
8. Deselect the selection and go to Filter> Blur> Radial Blur... , Amount: 100, Blur Method: Zoom, and Quality: Best
9. Repeat step 8 " Ctrl+F " till you find something similar to what you see here . I did that 5 times.
10 Now with the Elliptical Marquee tool , hold on Shift+Alt keys and point your mouse cursor on the center of the shape, like shown below.
11. Start dragging your selection till you get it where you want it to end.
12. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to invert your selection, and hit the delete key to delete the selected area.
13. Duplicate the Eyeball layer: right click it and choose Duplicate Layer. ., Rename it to whatever you like. I named it ''E yeball2 ''.
"Another way to duplicate the layer is to drag it into the Create new layer button "
14. Hide the layer '' Eyeball2 '' for a while and go back to layer Eyeball .
15. Now we want to select the eyeball on the layer, Press Ctrl +Click on layer ' Eyeball '.
16. Go to Select> Modify> Border... ,Width: 4
17. Create a new layer . And name it ' Shade '. This layer will be above the layer ' Eyeball ' and under the layer ' Eyeball2 '.
18. Now press D on your keyboard to make the Black as your foreground. Press Alt+Delete to fill the selection with black.
19. Press Ctrl+D to deselect. Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur... , and Radius: 2
20. While you still working on Shade layer, press Ctrl and click on ' Eyeball ' layer to select.
21. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to invert your selection, and hit the delete key to delete the selected area (this area is on the ' Shade ' layer, right?)
22. Again we want to duplicate a layer, but this time we want to duplicate the layer ' Shade '. so drag it into the Create new layer button and name the new one ' Shade2 '.
23. Now we are working on the layer ' Shade2 ', right? Ok, Drag the Opacity Slider to 50% for this layer. Press Ctrl+E to merge it with ' Shade ' layer.
24. Lets go back to layer ' Eyeball2 '. Click on it to make it appear. Press Ctrl +Click on it to select it.
25. Go to Filter> Sharpen> Unsharp Mask... , Amount: 240, Radius= 2.5, and Threshold= 0
26. Change the layer mode to Soft Light and for the Opacity: 40.

27.We'll need a new layer now, so go ahead and make a new one above ' Eyeball2 ' layer by hitting the Create new layer button , it's an empty new layer..not a duplicate, ok!
Name it ' Highlight '.

28. While you still on the layer ' Highlight ', Click Ctrl +Click on the layer ' Eyeball2 ' to select.
29. Now select the Elliptical Marquee tool , Hold your Alt key down and draw a circle to minus a big part of the selection like seen below.

i got bored... and i'm tired of writing :( anyway...

30. I think you still have your default colors. If you don't, simply press D on your keyboard to make White your background color. Ok, now hit Ctrl+Delete to fill your selection on the layer ' Highlight ' with White.
31. Set this layer mode to Color Dodge . Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur... , Radius: 6.5. And this highlight is done.
32. We need to make another highlight on the other side: make a new layer , name it ' Highlight2 '. Create an oval using "make it small" and fill it with white,
33. We will repeat the same steps here for the highlight. So, Set its layer mode to Color Dodge , And the last filter we used still Gaussian blur so Click Ctrl+F only.
34. Now it's time for the pupil of the eye. We almost finished.

35. Make a new layer above the layer ' Eyeball2 '. Name the new layer Pupil

36. Select the Elliptical Marquee tool , point your mouse on the center point of the eyeball, Click on Shift and Alt keys, and drag out till you get a circle as shown below (it's for the pupil)
37. Fill it with black by hitting Alt+Delete (since the black is your foreground color). Now deselect ( Ctrl+D )
38. Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur... , Radius: 2.5.
39.Ctrl +Click on your ' Pupil ' layer to select it. Now go to Select> Modify> Border.. value: 2
40. Create a new layer . And name it ' Pupil Highlight '.
41. If White is your background color, press Ctrl+Delete to fill the selection with white. Deselect and Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur... , Radius: 1.5.
42. Set the layer mode to Color Dodge and Opacity: 80%
43. Go back to layer ' Eyeball2 ' and Ctrl +Click on it to select it.
44. Go to Filter> Other> Offset.. , The Horizontal: 20, Vertical: 0, and Set to Transparent.
The Eyeball is almost done..some touches remain.
45. Above the ' Pupil Highlight ' layer, create a new layer and name it ' Pupil Highlight2 '.
46. Create a circle (small one as shown below) and fill it with white. Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur... , Radius: 2.5. And this highlight is done
47. Create a new layer .And name it ' Soft Highlight '. It must be above the ' Eyeball2 ' layer. Ctrl +Click on layer Pupil to get a similar selection.
48. Now go to Select> Modify> Expand.. Expand by: 5. Go to Select> Feather.. Feather Radius: 5
49. Fill the selection with white. Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur .. ., Radius: 6. Set the mode to Color Dodge and drop the opacity to about 80%
